Make a blanket tax percentage for all American's income with no deductions.

Currently, the percentage of taxed income increases as your income increases, creating distress and confusion among Americans. Americans try to find ways around their taxable percentage by means of finding deductions. Ultimately those with more income can find more ways to find deductions. I propose that we create a blanket percentage for all Americans and eliminate the ability to avoid paying taxes. Let's promote true donating, and full taxation, even across the board, for those of all social classes. With a percentage of 15% to all Americans, the government will find itself completely out of it's deficit in less than a decade.
