We the people believe that blue halo lights should be legal. They are not distracting and look nothing like emergency lights. Many police officers have complimented me on mine and not given me tickets. Even some of my local policemen run with them. The only way that they can really be seen as blue is when only they are on and not your headlights and when you are directly beside them. When you are approaching they look exactly like hid headlights but no where near as bright.
