Make Bluetooth standard on every new vehicle to promote hands-free technology which will reduce accidents.

I believe if American car manufacturers start making Bluetooth standard on every vehicle sold we can show the rest of the foreign vehicle makers how it can severely reduce the amount of accidents that occur. Not only will this promote safety but technology as well.
