With the increased reports of police terrorism, please make it mandatory for all local and state officers to wear body mounted cameras. The program has been hugely successful in Rialto, CA where citizen complaints against police fell 88% since imposing the practice. Also, stricter penalties must be imposed on officers found violating civil rights and abusing their position for personal gratification. This is including but not limited to: unreasonable force, unreasonable search, speeding when not responding to a call, personal conduct (offensive language, behavior etc), discharging a weapon unnecessarily and false arrest and documentation.
