make the Boy Scouts of America open to female members

The Boy Scouts of America currently does not allow girls to be members of Cub Scouts, webelos, or Boy Scouts. I feel that I and all other girls should be allowed to join these groups. The Boy Scouts of America does allow girls to join Explorer and Venturer groups but you must be in high school to join these groups. The elementary and Junior High age groups should also be open to female members
