Make branches of law enforcement treat abuse victims with more trust and care.

For far too long I have heard of people I know calling authorities when being physically, mentally and/or verbally and the police officers just brushing it off as just parents raising their children and trusting the abuser more than the victim. America needs safety, its in our constitution to have a safe country. Our country will never be safe as long as all abuse victims are trusted.
