It is a great social injustice, the holiday known commonly as Valentine's Day. It is a fact that women in general, single or otherwise, will inadvertently receive some form of gift on this holiday. The vast majority of women receive free goods, sumptuous treatment, and general adoration on this day of hypocrisy. Women strive valiantly for social equality, but gladly take gifts lavished upon them. Chivalry when they gain something, sexism when they do not. The men of this great nation are sorely aggrieved by this offense, and demand a measure of equity. For this reason, my compatriots and I desire the commencement of a new holiday. Bro-tines Day. A glorious day when men, and not women, may receive gifts and special treatments. A day of beef jerky and sports, not flowers and romantic movies.
