How often have you heard over the years talk about decisions made "For our children"?
Over the last few years, we have seen our Federal Budget rise along with our debt and debt ceiling. Part of the problem is the amount of pork that added to emergency bills and annual budgets.
It is time for all of us to tighten the belt. I ask for all members of the congressional and executive branch to stop handing out promises and to remove pet pork projects for their districts, states, and high paying donors.
I love this country and do not want to see it slide into bankruptcy or foreclosure. Let's stop saying it, and really do something good for our children.
