I'm petitioning for bullying of any kind to be made illegal, whether it ends up killing the person or not. No one deserves the kind of misery that comes with bullying, especially in the educational institutions it normally happens in. The same educational institutions that we're supposed to be safe at in order to learn and grow mentally, physically, and emotionally.
