make bullying of any sort a crime and enforce a zero tolerance policy for it.

With a series of tragic suicides among teenagers persecuted for their sexuality, their faith, their race, and other traits; and the fact bullying can lead to PTSD like symptoms and make the lives of students miserable, and the fact teachers seem to be weakened against preventing such abuse on students against students, I request that bullying of any sort be considered a crime, and that a law be made that there will be zero tolerance for it in any school in the United States. Let us do this for the happiness and safety of all children. As a victim of bullying myself, and knowing first hand the long term effects, I think this is best for the good of all.
