Make bullying a no tolerance rule for all 50 states! Harsh punishment for bullies!

Created by K.C. on October 26, 2012

A rule for no tolerance on bullying should be mandatory for all 50 states. The punishment should be harsh. First offense, the bully should be expelled from school and spend the night in juvenile, no exceptions! Perhaps that would make a bully think twice before bullying another person. The regulations on this issue are currently too lax. Statistics show that 160,000 children miss school PER DAY nationwide due to being bullied. It is hard enough for children to be accepted and fit in and keep up their grades, they should not have to add fear to the list. Children cannot concentrate on their studies in school when they are in constant fear of being bullied. Children and young adults are commiting suicide over this! Bullying has to be stopped!
