This is a slap in the face to everything that America stands for. I would like the supreme court to take another look at this issue, even in light of Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397, & U.S. v. Eichman, 496 U.S. 310, because I feel that it is not a violation of free speech. This is a treasonous act that must be dealt with. This video of some of the protesters in Ferguson, MO, shows why this is a real issue.

This is not an issue of free speech, because it is not speech, simply hatefully expressing disdain towards one's country and those who died and continue to die to make it free.
