Make cameras mandatory for ALL law enforcement (both jail guards and patrols) before allowing the use or purchase of military tools, tech, and weapons.
If police departments can afford the military weapons and tanks they have acquired over the last 10 years, then they have more than enough money for cameras to protect citizens from abuses.
This should be mandatory for all levels of law enforcement.
