Make campaign donations illegal from corporations and large businesses.

I petition the government to make campaign donations from large corporations and businesses illegal. My reason for suggesting such a petition is to discontinue the election of selfish politicians. The U.S. government has a large problem. People are no longer serving the government for the people. They are using the people. Donations to campaigns only draw the greedy politicians to run for office. If funding from businesses were to be illegal, it would allow for the election of individuals who put their country first. It would no longer be about money and power. They would no longer have a reason to create laws to please a large donor. This will keep our government in check and in the hands of the people. This is in no way an act against the U.S. government. Just a suggestion of improvement
