Make campaign finance more transparent.

The amount of money that is being spent on campaign financing is terrible. More importantly, politicians are more worried about winning their next election than actually making this country better. If this weren't true more bills would pass, there'd be more compromises, and the American people wouldn't feel like the government is wasting significant time and money. What I propose is this: not only making every donator from every donation completely public, but also capping the total amount a candidate can receive (a value that can only increase to compensate for inflation). While I know there will be many people in both parties that will be displeased, isn't that a good thing; a good compromise leaves both parties unhappy. Whatever happens, we need to stop money from controlling politics.
