Make Cannabis use legal as well as the growing of Hemp for use as a manufacturing material

Cannabis has a wealth of medical benefits and should no longer be considered a class A drug. We need to decriminalize marijuana use so it is no longer a federal crime, and empty our prisons of people locked up because of using marijuana.
Hemp should also be made legal as a material to use in manufacturing. It is a very green resource that we should be using to decrease our carbon footprint and help save our forests.
