Make carrying cash legal

Created by J.M. on April 04, 2013

Currently any individual, American or otherwise, is considered guilty until proven innocent with regards to large amounts of cash. The definition of "large" is variable: to the Federal Government, anything around $10,000 is "large" and having possession of $10,000 of cash without an explanation that satisfies the police and courts opens a US Citizen to seizure--the Citizen is considered GUILTY of a crime BECAUSE THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF INNOCENCE.

Tennessee state police will seize all money if a US Citizen is found with over $100 in any situation. Alabama, $500. Again, having money equates to guilt.

Repeal the relevant Federal statutes and call for the states that practice these inane behaviors to reform these laws as well.
