As anyone can plainly see, cats are really popular on the internet. So it makes sense to make cats the national symbol They are adventurous, cunning and only want a saucer of milk and maybe a can of tuna every now and then. In return we get a very amusing, yet a very respectable symbol. I mean Egyptians worshiped them as gods. And their pyramids are STILL standing!!! Cats are simply amazing and I petition the government to replace the boring eagle with an animal that is far more superior.
