We have learned through the CDC, that Ebola is only contagious through bodily fluids and Ebola symptoms appear 2 to 21 days after contact with the virus. However, on numerous occasions the CDC have failed to quarantine high-risk individuals within those allotted time frames and fails to adequately investigating and assisting possible Ebola case in America.
