Make cell phone companies disable all text, email, and internet functions of cell phones when travelling more than 10 m.p.h. The only function that would work would be the ability to send/receive calls. This technology has already been in place for GPS and Navigation systems for years. This would prevent the problem of driving and texting and would save may lives. Too many people have already died needlessly because of distracted drivers.
