It is currently legal to obtain and use software to intercept and record cell phone conversations as well as use the mic to hear whats going on in the area of a cell phone by just using the phone number. This can easily be used by people of questionable mental states such as sociopaths, corporate psychopaths, and bipolar disorder. Make it illegal to use this software outside of family and home use, eg (parents spying on their kids). If a business owner is using this software to spy on employees, or another business it should be illegal and charged with a crime.
