The child support formula that's in place is not fair at all for men or even women who is paying child support...the formula that's in place pretty much takes almost all of the payer's money and it's hard for people to live with having a 500 dollar check after child support and also having to pay bills
Obama administration I wish you would really look into this issue because it's pretty much set up the men for failure and no accountability for the women at all...its been times I have to show up to court and my children's mother can say anything and the judges will run with it...they also are not required to show proof of income as well they can lie and say they are working when honesty they are not.
The child support system needs to be reformed and it needs to be fair for both parties.
