We the undersigned, People of the United States, are petitioning the President of the United States and the United States Government for the purpose of making changes to the way that our United States Congress operates, in an effort to prevent corruption and improve the representation for We The People, which our country's founders intended.
Eliminate lobbying that has an unfair advantage over an average American. No one should be allowed to have an unfair advantage to influence an elected officials decision based on their financial stature. Everyone should have an even playing field in the amount of influence that they have. Therefore, NO elected official or associated groups should be allowed to accept ANY items, gifts or favors.
