Make changes to the Welfare System.

There should be changes made to the Welfare system. For one there should be more monitoring to prevent fraud and abuse to the system. There should also be limitations on what can be bought with EBT cards and food stamps. They shouldn't be able to buy all junk foods. Some who are not receiving these benefits are struggling to buy food and it makes it difficult to be in the store watching them waste the benefits on junk food or going into a sandwich shop to get a pre made sandwich. Another change should be a required drug test before any benefits are received and random tests throughout the duration of the benefits. Drug testing is required by many employers so it should be required to receive assistance. Some people are abusing the help and not looking for jobs,strictly relying on the aid.
