Please help me to make Charleston Wv animal shelter no kill .. I love animals their such miss understood beautiful souls that deserve to live... And if shelters were no kill they would have longer to get adopted out. It's just so sad to go in a shelter knowing you can't save them all .. Well this way we could ... And that would be wonderful... They can have free adoptions and empty the shelter weeks when it gets over crowded to get them adopted out ... So please if you are and animal please sign this petition and help make the shelter NO KILL!!!!! So we can save these Beautiful miss understood souls... They are so loving and just don't understand why no one loves them let's show them we care!! Be getting this petition for filled!!!!
