Make Chicago the 51st State, so that Illinois voters actually have a say in future elections.

I think that it is time to separate chicago and their laws from the rest of Illinois. Give the citizens of Illinois a fighting chance to make their voices heard in the future. Both when it comes to issues important to the state of Illinois and in future Presidential elections.
