Make Chicagoland its own state that way the rest of the state can make a living and not suffer because of chicago

Let Chicagoland become its own state and the rest of the state become a separate state. Chicago is killing the rest of the state so why not let rest of the state become free from chicago and its politics. We would be better off as our own state and chicago can keep Quinn. We can have someone that knows the rest of the state not just chicago
