Innocent children, who are adopted from overseas, are transferred from one house to another through the Child Exchange Market. These children become physically, mentally, and sexually abused. The children are only looking for a nice home and a real family.
The exchange is the same as human trafficking, but parents who have been caught trading children are only given a misdemeanor. These children are given away with no lawyers, and no legal proceedings. People post ads on sites like Facebook and Yahoo Groups, and hand the children off to complete strangers.
We need to protect these children to the best of our ability by making it a felony.
