make Child Support Fair to BOTH sides

Many fathers and even mothers have to pay child support, but how much is to much? Thousands of families who have started over with new families and are making child support payments are forced to go to government help to be able to supply for the new family. So many families have to suffer and go without to satisfy a greedy court system which should not be involved in the processes to begin with. Steep penalties are unjust for families who can not afford the child support payment and they are as follows; Jail time, Loss of drivers license, countless court visits, loss of hunting and even fishing licences. All of these penalties make it harder to support ones family. Please help make child support a fair and just system to BOTH sides
