To free men and women who want to have an equal part in their children's life from child support laws made for men and women who want nothing to do with a child they created, and would rather live off welfare and public housing forcing welfare to go after the men and women who work for a living, requiring them to have to pay for a dead beat mother or father who have made themselves comfortable and have no medical excuses why they cannot perform a 9-5 like the other parent/guardian.
If a party is able to work and continue education but refuses to do so because of the current law that gives them a pillow for their comfort, then a parent very involved in the life's of their child has full rights to care for their child without child support laws, and have full primary livings with their kids
