Make child support payments as fair for the father and his family as it is for the mother and her family.

This petition is not to get fathers who owe child support out of those obligated payments. This petition is for the kids the father already at at home that he cannot provide for because of outrageous child support payments. This is FOR THE KIDS!! The CSEA and the courts need to be required to factor in the kids and expenses at home, not just those of the other kid(s) mom. Child support should not be legally allowed to take more than half of the father's check just because the mom chose not to work and collect every form of assistance in existence. The government needs to regulate this better and advocate for the kids at home and help keep families together.
