We are petitioning to change the law to state that the custodial parent would have the right to refuse the transportation of a child to the non-custodial parent if they are at least 5 times the amount of their monthly payment in arrears. And all the non-custodial parent would have to do is pay the arrearages in order to share transportation to and from visitation. we are NOT saying to completely take away kid's parents but we are saying if you can't pay we don't drive...
