Dear President Obama,
During your 2008 U.S. presidential campaign you proposed a plan to double federal funding for cancer research including research on rare cancers and those without effective treatment options, many of which our nation’s children suffer and die from. Childhood cancer is the number one killer by disease of kids in our country. We ask that you demand Congress will indeed double funding for cancer research, with a focus on childhood cancers.
