Make the "Choking Game" illegal in the USA in any form and illegal on the internet including instructions

My 16 year old son, Jack Servi, died 8/19/16 doing the "choking game" to get a high. He became addicted to it after doing it with friends at school. I knew something was wrong as at times he appeared high or on drugs. I took him to several doctors and counselors. They failed to recognize his obvious symptoms due to people just dont know about this. I even contacted his high school begging for help. They never mentioned this common fad teens do either. It gave him a legal high and he didnt think he was doing anything wrong because its not a crime to be doing this like it it for underage drinking or marijuana.
