Make Circuit Court Judge Margaret Noe in Michigan follow the Service Members Civil Relief Act.

Circuit Court Judge Margaret Noe in Michigan has denied Matthew Hindes a minimum 90 day stay on his custody case. He is currently deployed on a Navy Submarine and the judge has ordered him to be in court on Monday June 23, 14. This act is in place to protect service members while deployed. Matthew has had custody of his daughter when the mother neglected her 4 yrs ago according to the news article. We cannot allow this judge to do this to him, she needs to follow the law. If she doesn't follow the law that protects the ones who protect us then other judges will follow in her foot steps. We need to come together and protect this service member, his daughter and his rights. We have to stop her from holding this hearing until Matthew can finish his deployment.
