Make a clear statement admitting that the "we the people" section of whitehouse.gov will just invok a formal responce

"We the people" request a formal statement be made in regards to the fact that when a petition is posted and receives the necessary 25000 signature, the administration will do nothing more than post a formal written response from the white house! No action will be taken to resolve the proposed petition, or the issues brought forth within said petition.
