make CNN television host Piers Morgan an honorary American citizen, for his sane understanding of our Second Amendment.

On Dec 21, a petition was created to deport British citizen Piers Morgan for an alleged attack on the US Constitution's Second Amendment. We recognize, and agree with Mr. Morgan, that the Second Amendment was meant to facilitate a 'well-regulated militia', and not meant to allow the mentally ill, or those in temporary emotional crisis, access to assault weapons, high-capacity ammunition magazines. We consider the prevalence of such guns to be terrorizing our society. We feel like hostages to gun fanatics. We appreciate Mr. Morgan's sane and common sense decency on this issue, and want to reward it with honorary citizenship.
