We want to petition to the government to institute a small tax (0.75%) upon every family each year in order to establish a fund for all individuals wishing to attend colleges and universities who cannot afford it, and cannot afford to go into major debt. We feel that it is every person's right to gain an education. By being able to attend a college, university, or trade school, individuals can learn and better themselves for the future. These funds will firstly be made available to those living below the poverty line who apply for them.
