These days, college is way too expensive for the average person. Not all students are exemplary A+ students who can get the scholarships to pay for college. Some of us have to take out loans that will put us thousands in debt before our life even starts. Some middle class families are told that they can afford to send their children to college, when in reality they are living paycheck to paycheck and paying for college is not an option. We need to expand the requirements to allow middle class families to get government aid for college, and make the loans way easier to pay back.
