We as united states citizens seeking higher education are imprisoned by the fees and charges to attend universities. This disables us from getting higher education, robbing us of the skills, and hurting our own economy.
My Proposal, would to be establish at the 1 or more free universities in each of our states. To make this easier we could use a small portion of the funds from the lottery to establish these free institutions eliminating need of government funds to establish the universities.
Proposal 2 would be to establish a centralized university in locations spread evenly across the US but keep in mind it is likely that these locations would become overnight megalopolises due to surge in population from these universities
Our economy would only benefit from increased number of graduates
