Many Countries in Europe are using tax dollars to provide a free college education to their citizens. With some restructuring of the budget, and cuts to some of the larger percentage government expenditures, there will be billions open to invest in the future of young adults and military personnel who for whatever reason did not receive any or enough benefits to pay for college. Our nation is falling behind in education. It's time to invest in the people who will make our Country stronger and ensure it's future.
