Unemployment is a large issue for our country and much of this is due to the price of education. In order to be successful in this nation, one must have a stable job. However, many jobs require an education. Obtaining a good education in the U.S. requires students to graduate from college into crippling debt. This discourages many students from seeking higher education. Making college free for U.S. citizens would lead to a lower unemployment rate and less debt.
