We The People demand that the United States Government
implement a tax on companies outsourcing work overseas.
The tax should consist of a repayment of 50% of the yearly average wage of that position, in addition to all federal taxes, and state taxes in state the company is headquartered.
The monies collected should be disbursed to funding the private sector in building and updating manufacturing facilities, and trade schools for training.
The Federal Government in return shall let each state oversee all aspects of this program with Officials elected by the citizens of each state.
