Talking to overseas tech support people is frustrating and non-productive. They use scripts like robots, but robots are easier to understand! Companies should hire Americans to do these jobs. For every overseas employee, remove a percentage of the tax benefit companies like Verizon are getting from us. There's no reason we should subsidize Indian workers with US tax dollars.
