Make a complete investigation about the use of 7 billions ARA funds given to the Government of Puerto Rico.

I am a disable citizen, living with a meager SS disability allowance, as many of my fellow citizens, who live under the federal poverty level, more than the 48%, as stated by the last Federal Census. We have witnessed the obscene plunder of federal funds, year after year, administration after administration. We learned by the media, that the Federal Government, under ARA, sent seven billion (7,000,000,000) us dollars to promote employment creation and infrastructure development. Nothing happened, no jobs no infrastructure, apart from the renovation of some schools and bridges. We want a Presidential order to the IRS and the FBI, to perform a open and complete investigation of the use of that funds by the Government of Puerto Rico. Thank you very much for hearing us.
