Make Congress accountable

The United States Congress's ability to vote them selves pay raises is a practice that must come to an end. The fact that they can and have voted a pay raise for them selves during the United Sate experiencing such an extreme and diverse economic threatening situations is not only wrong it is disgusting. An elected officials pay comes from tax dollars and elected officials should not be allowed to give them selves pay raises that issue should be voted on and passed by majority vote from the people of the United states in a national vote.
