Student loans are out of control in our country and the deck is stacked against the "average" American student. Address the meaning of "undue hardship" with an actual definition that isn't "900 pages long". Why can't we discharge student loans when more often than not our other debt can be managed and it's student loans that drove us to bankruptcy in the first place? But the root of the cause can't be discharged. Also bankruptcy laws in the constitution need to be "uniform" but yet every state can or does have their own laws regarding bankruptcy. That's not VERY uniform. Address this and fix it.
