Make Congress do their job before they can recess. Do not allow them to leave until they pass a balanced budget.

Members of Congress have the only job that allows them to stop what they are doing, even when they are not finished, and take a break to try again another day. Soldiers in Afghanistan do not have the option of putting the war off until they take a break. Congress should be held to the same standard.
