Make Congress USE Medicare for their Primary insurance with all Provisions included. No more "free" insurance.

Medicare and Social Security are not entitlements to those who rely on them. Forcing Congress to pay for and use Medicare as their only source of Government insurance would insure they have first hand experience in its use and care provided. By forcing payments, medigaps, 20% deductibles, and all other restrictions and limits for their personal insurance; they would then be more likely to find solutions to existing problems and ways to "actually" improve it for the millions that rely daily on it; instead of referring to it as an entitlement and trying to find ways to repeal or replace it, as it would directly effect their personal coverage too. Its to easy to destroy what you will never have to use yourself, because of free benefits "we the people" will never be entitled to. Use it first.
