Make congress work five days a week all year long, just like the rest of us.

Since Congress can't seem to accomplish anything, maybe they should have to work five days a week. Maybe if they were to work more, things would be accomplished. Perhaps we could grant congress some paid time off. For each hour they work, they could get .04 of vacation time. More would get done in congress if they were actually in session more!
